The Cedar Rapids Downtown District invites the community to the Downtown Farmers’ Market on Saturday, September 18 from 7:30 a.m. to noon. Location of the market includes 3rd and 4th Avenues, 2nd and 3rd Street SE as well as Greene Square Park.
Patrons are encouraged to park in the 3rd and 4th Avenue ramps, with handicap accessible parking available in the lot behind the True North building. Guaranty Bank’s parking lot along 2nd Avenue will also be open for parking use.
While patrons can enjoy the classic market elements, the Cedar Rapids Downtown District will continue to offer a variety of entertainment and activity including a cooking demonstration and an assortment of entertainment and displays from non-profit organizations throughout the Corridor.
