Over two hundred vendors from the state of Iowa are confirmed for each market, taking position as one of the largest of its kind in the state of Iowa and the Midwest. The additional forty vendors to this year’s schedule are made possible from adjustments to the market map in response to the over one hundred fifty vendors on the market wait list. Vendors will offer classic produce, meats, baked goods, flowers and artisan gifts.
Entertainment for the June 5 market include Junk Funk, Mark Brown, Unknown Component, the Twirling Starletts, Jason Brown, street performances and more!
While patrons will be able to enjoy the classic market elements, the Cedar Rapids Downtown District reports it will continue to offer a variety of activities throughout the morning, including cooking demonstrations from executive chefs of downtown eateries and community resource booths featuring a variety of non-profit organizations in the Corridor.
