SCOPE OF SERVICES

 

 

• Providing accounting, financial and advisory services including assisting with financial statements, proposing financial statement adjustments, financial statement analysis, cash management, coordination of annual financial statement compliance work and tax return preparation

 

• Budgeting, assistance in negotiating financing, investigating sources of capital; advising on business decisions, options, contract terms, account classification, profitability analysis, variance analysis

 

• Cash flow projections and budgeting and assisting management in related business planning activities

 

• Maintaining positive relationships with appropriate financial institutions and investors

 

• Providing recommendations to management on appropriate methods of controlling expenses and maximizing gross margins

 

• Investigating, developing and maintaining relationships with critical organizational business partners

 

• Assisting the human resources department with employee benefit plans and other human resource issues with financial implications
