Horizons, with its headquarters at 819 Fifth Street SE, provides meals on wheels home meal delivery, family counseling, credit counseling, child welfare counseling, and iCan remedial services. The comprehensive programs of the agency serve, educate, and assist children, young adults, families and senior citizens so that they may lead more productive lives.
